Road Program

Three to four days out, every week, on the same roads.

Wisconsin, Illinois and Indiana are covered by a repeating loop, so a buyer is never more than a week away from a demo and never more than 48 hours from a technician.

The crew

Territory Specialist — Wisconsin

Cargo van with staged demo load

Two autonomous units, i-mop, upright, extractor, burnisher, pad library, heat storage unit for chemistry and battery conditioning.

Territory Specialist — Illinois & Indiana

Cargo van with staged demo load

Mirror demo kit, show staging crates, per-student proposal packets, on-site ROI tablet.

Maintenance Technician

Service van, tools, mobile parts bay

Common wear parts, batteries, squeegees, brushes, pads, filters — first-visit fix rate is the scorecard.

A typical week

The loop

Day 1

Madison → Janesville → Beloit

2 booked demos, 1 PM sweep, parts drop.

Day 2

Rockford → Elgin → Schaumburg

Hospital EVS demo, district walk-through, overnight stage.

Day 3

Kenosha → Racine → Milwaukee

Robotics site survey, two PM visits, show-host scouting.

Day 4

Fox Valley → Green Bay / Northwest Indiana (alternating weeks)

Open-house prep, consumables replenishment, close calls.

Day 4 — alt week

Gary → South Bend → Fort Wayne, IN

Indiana district demos, hospital EVS visits, PM catch-up.

Day five stays in the shop: proposals, PM scheduling, parts replenishment, and show logistics. The heat storage unit travels with the vans so chemistry and batteries stay in spec through Wisconsin winters.
